Justin W. Stidham

Justin Stidham is an Associate in the Boston, MA office of Boyle | Shaughnessy Law. Justin graduated summa cum laude from the evening program at New England Law | Boston, where he was a Sandra Day O’Connor Scholar. He also served as Managing Editor for the New England Law Review and earned the Dean John F. O’Brien Award for Academic Excellence. His Case Comment on the Fourth Amendment and reasonable expectation of privacy in text messages was published in 2022.
Prior to law school, Justin worked in the field of business immigration as a paralegal and as an in-house program manager. He graduated with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in Dramaturgy and Spanish for the Professions. While at UNC Chapel Hill, Justin was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and wrote an undergraduate honors thesis examining news media coverage of mayoral elections with LGBTQ+ candidates.
