Subrogation Practice Group
Boyle | Shaughnessy Law has over 30 years of experience in subrogation and recovery matters and currently practices in all six New England States. The subrogation department is available 24/7 to pursue an assignment, with a network of proven experts ready to respond while evidence is still fresh.
The key to effective subrogation and recovery efforts is timely and aggressive investigation of claims. We do not use “local counsel” because the Firm has lawyers licensed in all New England states and offices in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. This in-state presence allows our attorneys to respond immediately to a new assignment and also provides a thorough understanding of local rules and practices that inform our investigation from the first day of an assignment.
Our attorneys have experience in a broad spectrum of litigation subject matters, including fires and explosions, water losses, construction defects, boiler and machinery failures, and workers compensation losses. We have tried cases across New England and we use this trial experience not only at the end of a case, but throughout an assignment in order to determine the most effective recovery strategy.
