Anthony E. Lozier

Anthony E. Lozier is an Associate in the Hartford office of Boyle Shaughnessy Law.
Anthony received his Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law. During his time at the UCONN, Anthony was an avid member of the Connecticut Mock Trial Society, and the Connecticut Moot Court Board competing in four interscholastic competitions across the country. In his role as the Interscholastic Director of the Connecticut Mock Trial Society, Anthony held training sessions on trial advocacy and evidence law for first and second year law students who were slated to compete that semester. Anthony served as an associate editor on the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal, the top periodical for Insurance Law in the country according to the Washington and Lee University Law Journal Rankings. Academically, Anthony graduated in the top third of his class and received the CALI award for academic achievement in Trial Advocacy, Copyright law, and Criminal Law. During law school, Anthony worked for a solo practitioner and has experience in the fields of civil tort and contract litigation, family law, trust and estates, and class action civil rights litigation.
Anthony graduated summa cum laude from Western New England University with a B.A in Law and Society.
