Megan E. Fitzgerald is a Shareholder in the Boston office of Boyle | Shaughnessy Law. Prior to joining Boyle | Shaughnessy Law, Megan served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office.
Megan received her Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she received CALI Excellence Awards for Bankruptcy and for Statutory Interpretation and the Judicial Process. While in law school, Megan served as the Membership Manager of the Connecticut Law Review and was a member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board. Additionally, she served as a law clerk for Sherin and Lodgen, LLP in Boston and Taylor & Sexton, LLC in Hartford. She completed an internship at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and was a student attorney for the Criminal Appellate Advocacy Clinic at UConn.
Megan received her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Boston College, where she studied Philosophy.
